Why fever can improve symptoms in some kids

I once asked why fever causes improvement in symptoms in some kids.

I found possible explanation: heat shock activates Akt protein, which is downregulated in chronically high oxidative stress. (R1)

Akt is also the protein that down-regulates GSK3b - the pacifier protein that inhibits Nrf2, causing increased oxidative stress when GSK3b is overactive.
