Guanfacine stabilizes lysosomes in high oxidative stress

Guanfacine - medication used to lower tics - appears to stabilize lysosomes and prevent their rupturing in high oxidative stress environment.

This is interesting and in line with my current hypothesis that lysosomal dysfunction may be a factor in tics development.
