Progesterone inhibits GSK3b

One insight that can improve lives of millions:

Progesterone appears to inhibit GSK3b enzyme (R1) - that’s the enzyme when hyperactive in the brain causes a variety of negative symptoms like brain fog, irritability, energy drop, increased oxidative stress, etc.

Progesterone goes down at the end of the cycle, which means GSK3b is much less inhibited and can in turn inhibit Nrf2 more potently, lowering cellular ability to withstand oxidative stress.

The result is widely known in the world.

What can be done to keep GSK3b in check? - Strengthening PI3K/Akt pathway by taking Chromium and Vanadium. These two minerals play direct role in the Akt pathway, which when active inhibits GSK3b, allowing Nrf2 to do its good work.

Simply speaking, if you’re tired of negative problems at the end of the cycle, try to restore levels of Chromium and Vanadium.

For a quick win you can use lithium - a well known inhibitor of GSK3b enzyme.
